A Little Surprise

This video, created by Doral Chenowith of The Columbus Dispatch, is comprised of scenes from the German Village Village Lights celebration this past Sunday.  There were 10,000 luminaries lit throughout German Village and it was absolutely stunning.  The Columbus Maennerchor, Damenchor and Kinderchor kicked off the evening with a concert at St. Mary of the Assumption and the piece you hear in the background is Mozart's Ave Verum Corpus sung by the oldest four kids (aged 16-20) in the Kinderchor.  I direct and Bianca de Maria accompanies.  If it sounds a little shaky, we did this piece with two rehearsals and lots of cold medicine.
