Small Successes: When does this semester end?

I am exhausted.
Over the weekend, I managed to get about 10 total hours of sleep. This is really my fault. I have been going and doing instead of staying and studying. And it's cost me. But, this week - we got back on the horse and we are galloping toward the end. Six more weeks in this semester.
It's 1:23.
I have to be up at 6:30.

Please, don't let your children read this.
Seriously.
You see this picture?
This is the picture next to the "Don't be this student!" entry in the college orientation books.

1. I nailed a debate in my Educational Philosophy Class.

2. I managed to make it to my British Literature class. I have skipped this class for the past two Mondays so I could get my Theology homework done. But, this week, I made it, and I even contributed to the discussion in a meaningful way.

3. I wrote not one, not two, but five blog posts in the past week.

6. Just past mid-term I have a very high B+ average. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it.

Do you have some small successes this week? They can be as small as throwing away all your junk mail. You won't believe how much better you'll feel if you take the time to look at the tiny things that you do each day and look at what they are: Successes!

Post your successes here in the combox or head over to CatholicMom.com and post them there.

  1. To you I say: SLEEP! Or maybe I pass the coffee... :)

(And I'd like to note that wow, you have a TON of successes...between 3 & 6 is, I assume, a big ole pile of small...lol)

(AND you posted small successes on BOTH of your blogs--HUZZAH!)
